How do I hear my galactic guides?

How can I get in contact with the Federation?

Being able to communicate with galactic beings requires initiation and strengthening. Initiation means— you need to have a “telephone line” to the parties you want to communicate with. Then, you want to strengthen the line by communicating often. The more you communicate, the more the line strengthens. 

Chances are, you already have some level of connection with your galactic guides. You get messages from your guides whether or not you know it.
