Star Race No. 4 - Ti-easattus

The Ti-easattus are a specialized group of beings drawn from two planets who form the 'central information support' of the Galactic Federation. They take in information from all over the Galactic Federation and pass on that information to parties that require it.

You can think of them as the central nervous system of the Galactic Federation, providing information and guidance to everyone in the Federation. An Earth analogy: think of a huge call-centre that everyone in an organization calls up if they need information or knowledge about something. Kind of like reception or concierge.

The Ti-easattus are currently not incarnated on Earth as Starseeds.
